When will my order be ship out?
You will receive a confirmation email from TheUndercroxx.com once your order has been shipped. If you suspect that an error has occur on your order, kindly contact us with your name and order number. An TheUndercroxx.com representative will reply within 1-2 business days.
When will I receive my shipment?
The goods will be delivered to your doorsteps within 1-2 working
days, upon confirmation of order and availability of stock.
How do I track my order ?
All of TheUndercroxx.com orders will be shipped by secured
Shipping Company with track able service to ensure that you will receive
your orders safely and on time.
Upon successful shipment, you will be given a unique tracking
number for your easy delivery tracking.
When my order shipped out ?
TheUndercroxx.com only ships on Monday to Friday (exclude weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Policy?
(i) Please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your package.
(ii) We is not responsible for lost or stolen if there is
nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your package when the
courier is attempt or if the package was signed by an UN-authorized
party at that address.
(iii) Additional RM will be charged for reroute and reship due to wrong address given in the order form.
(iv) Delivery delay due to the incorrect address, public
holiday, and unable to locate the address are beyond our control.
